2) Rinsing | Running pure water: 5~10 seconds
3) Drying | Complete drying (Lab: 80℃ × 10 minutes)
4) Chemical Treatment / Coating | Treatment agent: SC100<br>Application: Roll coating<br>Reference wet coating amount: 2.3~3.3 g/m² (undiluted)<br>Wet coating amount can be calculated based on dry film weight and actual solid content of SC100 during coating.<br>Lab reference coating conditions: #4 rod (33% dilution)<br>Dry film Cr content: 15~25 mg/m² (XRF measurement)<br>Dry film thickness: 0.19~0.27 g/m²<br>Bake dry: PMT 200~220℃
